Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Olga Emelianova Emelianova (NIF 61288977A), registered address: C/ de la Universitat, 4, 3.º, pta. 13 - 46003 Valencia (Valencia/València), España. For any data protection question: relocation.ao@gmail.com, +34 624 04 52 75.
This policy is drawn up under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
What data we process and where it comes from
Messages and enquiries. If you write to us on WhatsApp, Telegram or by email, or call us, we process what you tell us (name, telephone number or username, the content of your message) and the data needed to answer your request.
Consultation booking. On the booking page (/consultation), when it is available, a Google calendar will ask for your name and email address and record the time you choose. We process this data to hold the consultation.
Web analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 in Advanced Consent Mode. Until you accept cookies, Google receives only anonymous visit measurements - no cookies and no visitor identifier. If you accept, Google Analytics sets its cookies (_ga and _ga_<ID>) and measures use of the site in more detail. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.
Technical errors. We use Sentry to detect failures of the site; an error report may contain technical data such as the page address, the browser and the type of device.
Clicks on contact buttons. We count how many times the contact buttons (WhatsApp, telephone, Telegram, email) are clicked. Only the channel, the place on the page, the language, the listing number and the date are stored; your IP address, browser and cookies are not.
Technical connection data. Like any web server, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes your IP address and technical connection data to deliver the page and protect the site.
Purposes and legal bases
Answering enquiries and holding consultations: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in replying to you (Art. 6.1.f).
Google Analytics with cookies: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. Anonymous cookieless measurements, the contact button click counter and Cloudflare statistics: our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used and improving it (Art. 6.1.f).
Detecting errors and keeping the site secure: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f).
Retention
We keep the data from your enquiries and bookings for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards, blocked, for the limitation periods of any possible legal liability.
Analytics data is kept for the periods set in each tool's settings (Google Analytics, Cloudflare). Sentry reports and technical logs are kept no longer than needed to fix failures.
Recipients and processors
We do not sell your data. To run the site we use providers that process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (site hosting, web analytics), Google (Analytics, Calendar) and Sentry (error detection). The messengers you use to write to us (WhatsApp, Telegram) are independent services governed by their own operators' terms.
Where it is needed for a viewing or a deal you asked for, we may pass your contact details to the owner or to the agency that represents the property.
Transfers outside the EEA
Some of these providers (Google, Cloudflare, Sentry) may process data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. Such transfers rely on a European Commission adequacy decision (the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or on standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to relocation.ao@gmail.com. You can change your cookie choice at any time through “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.
If you believe your data is not being handled properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the site or the law changes. The date of the last update is shown at the start of the document.
